What happens if I keep the locker longer?+
Your confirmation shows the paid storage tier. Extra charges apply for additional hours, and stays beyond the first paid 24 hours are settled when collecting your luggage.
Is payment secure?+
Yes. Payment is completed through a secure online payment page. StowCity never receives or stores your card details.
How much does luggage storage cost?+
Pricing starts from €5 per locker and depends on the locker size and storage hours you choose. The complete total, including any processing fee, is shown before payment.
Do I need to book in advance?+
Advance booking is recommended so we can reserve space and make drop-off faster, but you can also check availability and book on-site when available.
Can I store large suitcases?+

What if I arrive after my paid time?+
Your bags remain secured, but extra charges apply for time beyond the paid duration. If you arrive after closing, access resumes when the location reopens.

StowCity uses smart self-service lockers in secure spaces with video surveillance. Keep your six-digit access code private and use it only for the booked locker size and location.
Can I cancel or change my booking?+
Bookings are non-refundable. Check your location, date, locker size, quantity and paid duration carefully before completing secure online payment.
