**How do I receive the locker access code?**
After secure online payment is confirmed, the booking page displays the access code together with the booking reference and locker summary, plus instructions for use at drop-off.

**Can I book more than one locker?**
Yes. Add any quantity of available Small, Medium and Large lockers within one booking.

**What happens if I keep the locker longer?**
The confirmation shows the paid storage tier. Extra charges apply for additional hours; stays beyond the first paid 24 hours are settled when collecting luggage.

**Is payment secure?**
